Every install is built around two things that matter most with a hole in your roof: light and water. We position each skylight for the best daylight through the day, then flash and seal it so the roof stays completely watertight for the long haul. Clean interior finishing means the finished skylight looks like it was always part of the house.

Types of skylights we install

• Fixed skylights — a sealed glass unit that floods a room with daylight. The most affordable option and ideal where you want light but don’t need ventilation.
• Vented (opening) skylights — open to release hot air, steam and cooking odours. Excellent over kitchens and bathrooms, and available with manual cranks or electric and solar-powered motors.
• Solar-powered skylights — open and close on their own, often with rain sensors that close automatically at the first drop, and may qualify for energy incentives. No wiring to your panel required.
• Skylights with blinds — add factory or retrofit blinds to control glare and heat, from light-filtering to full blackout for bedrooms.
